This business model canvas is very useful to us as a technoprenuer we can easily present the idea or the business that we think and propose it well to everyone, and for them to easily understand the point of what we want to deliver, and business model canvas as we can see all the idea of our business idea or a proposal for the business, and if we finished or finalized the business model canvas we can see the wrong or the mistake of the idea, so we can easily to change it, so as a technoprenuer much better use like this chart the business model to present them proper and easy to understand of anyone.

Reflection Meeting 4 - Elective 1

July 08, 2014 is our fourth meeting in technoprenuership class before we start discussion to our subject our facilitator shared and tell us something that can change us about the new policy in the class and for me it was exciting because we are expecting that no one in the class will be late and no more singing to start our day because of the new policy that our facilitator done. But suddenly there are few of them that become late and it was sad for them because they will be going to treat the whole class in a breakfast. We were so happy because after the few meetings that we have done and a few sacrifices that we have made just to go to class in time and sacrifice our meal just not to be late will be rewarded. Shared an idea that gives more information about to know more things that we need to explore and enhance the idea that we think and I like the part when our facilitator shares about on how to become a successful technopreneur and the part when he share the meaning of HELF that helps us to become a true technopreneur. First is the Human Resources Component which will become our guide on how can we handle on making ideas on our own and how can we innovate ideas that helps the environment. This component explains that a true technopreneur must have an idea on what are the things that should be implemented and what are the things that are important to develop. Second is the Environment Component which explains on how we can gather ides on our own with the help of the environment around us and how we are going to practice ourselves in some business ideas. This component help us on how can we find things and how can we develop our resources in learning and how can we able to support our ideas to help it become a successful business. Third is the Laws and Policies component which will become our guide in setting some strategy in developing business. This component it can make us better and can lead to success in the technoprenuer business and anything that can gained us a money and learn the policy and laws and this component help us discipline and lead people on how are we going to follow procedure and what are the things that should be needed to protect our business in terms of patent issues. Then lastly is the Financial component which will become the very important thing into building a business. We people in this world or living here if we say financial comes into our mind is the money or the cost and list of the that need into a business before we do a company well start in this state and for every plan that have a partners of financial and this is very important because this will be the answer on how can we innovate our businesses. We should know where are we going to present our ideas and who will be the good company to help us grow our planning business. We should able to know who and where are we going to find some funding agencies and how are we going to convince them that our product can help their company. Our facilitator tell us about that business model canvas and as I have understood about Business model canvas, it is really a big help for those people who will establish their own business through their ideas. It is a kind of startup template that could direct us on the things that we should do in starting up a business. For us to see a skeletal in our business and to see the running skeletal business that can be aware to the business that we propose or an idea that we present and it has also a nine building blocks and each of the building blocks has its own business functions. So this business model canvas lets us analyze and scrutinize every distinct component of our business and it allows us to evaluate the strong and the weak points of the business. In addition, we can assess the development of the business.

And we discuss about the low economics of the Philippines, so therefore that I like least more is in this part of the discussion as a Filipino we care about in our country and all of the happening of this country it can make us affected and being an entrepreneur in the technology or we call the technopreneur to make our country alive in the business and more innovations in this country. An exporting of the Philippines is very low than the other country here in Asia like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong and Taiwan. And that’s why our facilitator tried to lead us to success and to contribute here in our country that can help and that’s why our facilitator he give a task that task is need to think an idea that can help to our country and for the better life for the present and next generation. As our facilitator said, we should think of an idea that could give a solution to the “pain” or to the problems that we are facing in our everyday lives as well as in our society. The idea should be fresh, unique and has a sense and can solve the pain that we are dealing nowadays. I felt pressured and nervous if I could be able to present a proposal that could satisfy the things that our facilitator wants.  In the end of the day, I accept the challenge since it’s a part of being a student. As what our facilitator said, we must not see things as a problem, instead, we must see it as an opportunity. I guess, it’s an opportunity for me to learn more about this subject even if I will not receive the sweetest yes as an approval in the idea that I will present in the class. And we try and try again if our facilitator he didn’t say a “YES” and “APPROVE” sign. God Bless Us!

Reflection 3 - Elective 1

Last June 24, 2014 our third meeting in Technoprenuership also known as IT Elective 1 (Technoprenuership). Before we start the discussion or continue the last topic that we did not finish, our very own facilitator he said that the punishment of late or in his interpretation is called “immortal sin” that he want to change the consequence or the punishment in his class, last meeting he said that if someone is coming late in his class that person coming late is have a punishment is to treat the class a breakfast but that breakfast is not only to feed us in a small amount of food, but that person or a group of late they need to fill our starvation or to fill in the breakfast that we did not take in that time because we want to come early in the class and to be aware to come in late in that class because of that consequence that need to feed the class, so moving on that discussion about the change punishment on the late.  And this time I would like you to share this kind of experience in this and moral lesson that we get when our facilitator start the discussing about the topic and our topic all about is the importance of a Technopreneur and what are the things that we are going to remember just to be a good and professional technopreneur. A good technoprenuer is someone who had an participation in the place where that person live and his birth place, we all know that in business that they have an tag line here or a quote that in business “No friends, No family”, in that quote is very hard to say but we as a technoprenuer student in this stage we must find a way on how we change that quote and for the rest of student we wanted in business to fast learned on this field of technology era. First we talk about the promotion of technology in our society and the importance of technology on how big the impact that it will cause. We all know that technology had gone a very high impact to everyone, that technology become one of our daily needs and it became a routine in our daily lives. We have been thought on how important it is in our society in how technology run the lives of everyone. We have been taught that the importance of being a true technopreneur is a very high in demand now and we will be able to use it to start in our career as an I.T student. We have been taught that how powerful information is and how great it was. And that information makes us being aware to the society that we can create an ideas how can we resolve the crisis in our society? Being an Information Technology student I liked being like this, because in the technology we can think or create a device and program to help our crisis here in the society.  A device that makes s relaxation and also less abuse to our mother earth and now I would like to share some things or a lecture day makes us amazed to someone else.

As we start the discussion on the topic our facilitator he show a picture, three picture that we need to understand in our observation on that picture but before we give a task or an activity our facilitator, our class he divided into three group because sir wants to get the different ideas and I tell you what picture it is. The first picture was about a father who does not have a job, our facilitator said that think as the father, that you do not have a job and you have a family to feed, what will you going to do now. We need to think as a father and as a technopreneur. The first picture was awesome because it’s all about father’s when I was a child my father left me early because he died and I flash back to my memory, I saw my father was very responsible father that I want and he some job to get a money for us but my father now is in heaven, in that picture makes me felt about father being like that father don’t have any kind of work or even a small business, I thank to my dad that when he is alive or live in this planet, my father do a lot of things to get some foods even though he is tired he cook for the family and hopefully that my father proud to me that my dream is to pursue a dream that it would be possible to reach and I hope I reach that limitations. The second picture was us, just graduated from a good university three years from now and applying for a job, but the problem in the picture was you are not that good looking person, that you are not appealing even though you have the skills and knowledge for the job but you are not good looking because of your appearance or simply say you are ugly, what you will going to do if you are that person, how will you do a job that fit from your resume? What will you do as a graduate student and as a technopreneur? We a student if there something that our employer don’t or we don’t have a pleasing personality we need to tell them in a manner section that the pleasing personality is cannot raise the company if they have a mind us well we have in as friend of mine some of my friend that have personality but in their brain don’t have any skill in the work, I have a skill and don’t have a pleasing personality I rather find a work through internet and homebase work. The third picture was about the protesting employees who are currently employed but not satisfied because of the minimum wage or even lower than minimum wage them receiving. If you are that employee what will you do instead of protesting, what will you do? Being a student and audience to them while they protest in the street, I rather to work hard or find a new job if we really want the job or the wage that we get in every end of the month or every fifteen – thirty (15 - 30).  So when I was a child and until now I clearly witnessed the things that some Filipinos are easy to persuade and they think it must be must easy to get an income because a lot of people are need only to disassembled the works of our government. If in that situation small wage and the work are regular, I rather to work hard rather than protest in the streets we that the if we protest our body will be income as we all know the real “wealth is our health”, so if you don’t want your job and your wage it must better to resign than you stay that work you have a heartache to that company or the man who give you a wage every payday.

In these three pictures were current issues that given, it was currently happening in our country and that’s why we need to watch the news to be aware in the what is happening in our society and environment and our facilitator wants us to be updated on what is happening so that we can help if our time comes, if that time comes we take the risk anytime because as a student we really can do a task or finish it well even if we are student, that’s why our facilitator wants a proposal or anything ideas in our mind that can help to the society and to make sure that ideas or proposal is marketable and it help the community and society. So he gave us a time to reflect and he gave us time to discuss our reflection with the other members of the group the after a few minutes to make sure that everyone of us has different vision to picture and goal on the situation and it could be nice because everyone are participate in that task that given by our facilitator, our facilitator asked for the spokespersons to come in front and share the whole idea of the group in front of the class, so in our group Ms. Mesina is the spokesperson, and told everything that it would be nice to hear and the idea that want of the listener of what we to hear them. So every picture have there row the first picture was assigned to the group one, they said that their idea is to taught the father how to do programming and in that way after they will learn, they can have their own business as a programmer and they can teach other fathers who are jobless programming and when they fully understand, he can recruit them as part of his business. They said that they will be an investment because you teach them and he can have them as workers in his business. Then our facilitator interrupt the reporter of group one, our facilitator asked if the idea was from them or from the father? And they said it is from them, and our facilitator said that they were wrong, they need to think as a father, what they should do to get out of the situation, our facilitator and the group one convinced that there was a miscommunication between them. The second picture was assigned to group two, the picture were graduate students who does not have the pleasant appearance applying for the job, yes they have skill and knowledge but not a physical appearance, what will they do to earn money from their skills. The group two suggest to have a part time jobs, because they said that part time jobs are not very strict in appearance so they suggest it. And another suggestion they gave was to build a business, but they said that if we do not have the money or the capita to invest a business then part time jobs will help to make money for our business then with that you can have your own business without worrying your looks and appearance because you will be the one they will be looking up. The third picture was assigned to us, it was about employees who are currently employed who are not satisfied with their salary because it was just in a minimum or sometimes lower the minimum. We suggest that if you do not want your job then leave, instead of joining some unimportant protests that will just waste your time, why not look for better way to earn your desired wage. Build your own business, just like what group two suggested to do. And also we suggested to limit the export and import in the country, since our country is rich in natural resources then we should be the one using it, we should be the one using our resources and not the other people who belong from other country. In these three topics, I would like to connect the ideas that involved the importance of technopreneurship in the society that I am living. Inorder for me to be able to fulfill the goals that I have stated in the three images, I have to know the different importance and significance of technopreneurship in the world as of the current situation. According to what had been discussed, some of the importance of technopreneurship are the following; the employment creation, the local resources, the promotion of technology, capital formation and the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture for the decentralization and diversification of the Business in the industry. Since this technopreneurship is defined as the high-technology venture in the ICT, the electronics, the internet and many more technology related resources then it would not be difficult to help improve the lifestyles of every individual, the variety of business firms that uses the nature of technology and most especially, the progression in the economy of the country. Since technopreneurship is the entrepreneurship in the use of technology, so this will make a big changes and will give effects on the changes in the meaningful image shown on the screen. With the help of the SEED model which stands for the self-mastery, environment mastery, enterprise mastery and development of business plan which is stated by the facilitator to us. Just like with what is shown in the image or picture one, which is about the poverty, I should be an environment mastered person to be able to start up for a possible solution. Through different ways such as serendipity walks, observed crisis and trends and many more environmental observation, then generating business ideas will come up together with the seeking of opportunities out from what is seen on my surroundings. To be more understanding the seed is. SEED is a kind of abbreviation that everyone need it we can really want to make our lives happily and relaxing life, this is one of the famous SEED that we hear or we read, SEED means Self Mastery, Environment Mastery, Enterprise Mastery, and Development of Business Plan. Self-Mastery means knowing what you have, knowing your limitations and knowing your skill and knowledge, it will help you as a technopreneur, knowing what you can only do, and it is the way knowing yourself and if you can think of as a technopreneur, as technoprenuer we need to take a guide that can protect or strongly straight our path and faith in God in every step we take us well to company business that we want to build, build business it would be hard to do because we need to found out where are we or what are we mastered and control our emotion and feelings it would be advantage to us if our self we mastered  because if you know who you are, you know what to do, and you know what you want. Being a self-mastered person does not need to have a high intelligent quotient, even emotional quotient or adversity quotient. However if you are a self-mastered person it is either you are the boss, the manager or the leader we really what things we and it’s be pressured because all the decisions is comes from you or us (if we are the boss).  In the other side the Environment Mastery means it is about you generating business ideas. In this point we need to create an idea or a startup business plan, we know everything in this world we to take plan for sake and in case of emergency that we need to tackle all thing are possible that it would change to the plan and by creating an ideas our facilitator said it is about you walking around, familiarizing everything, think about something innovative, think as a businessman, and think as a technopreneur. It is like instead of complaining, protesting about your problems in life to the government, wasting your time shouting, why not waste your time on more productive way. Our facilitator told us an example why not selling some ice candies or ice water in that rally, which was already entrepreneurship, you are already an entrepreneur, you are earning. Also in the National Bureau of Investigation our facilitator told us that it has a long line, so what can we do to have our wasted time productive? Sell something and earn simple as that and that simple is makes us proud if that business is raise in a many years and growing until it would be known by the other country and also here in the Philippines. Environment Mastery means that you need to know about what was around you, your target consumer, what they needed. Walking around would be very helpful for you to think of an idea, just like our facilitator said a serendipity walk would needed. You need to tour around and help yourself look for an idea that you will benefit and also everyone will benefit too. Having ideas is not that bad as long as it is the best for all and it would not affect the many. Knowing where you are and where you are planning to put your ideas is a big requirement. So in short when talking about Environment Mastery it talks about generating ideas and knowing what is happening around, just like our facilitator said when there is a crisis there is an opportunity. What does an Environment Mastered person possessed? In the slide of our facilitator, the first thing should be you understand the industry, which is more in technology. Our facilitator told us the equation of IT which was IT = hardware + software, that is IT, and it is the industry of IT. When you want to be an Environment Mastered person you need to think always about people, why? Because if there is no people then it is useless, all of it, your ideas. An Environment Mastered person always look for opportunity and not problem, because there is no good to bring of problems, we need to think all the possibilities and think positively. As an Environment Mastered person as I said above, you need to know what is happening around you. The next one was the Enterprise Mastery was not discussed by our facilitator because it will be discussed this coming second semester, the first two which was Self Mastery and the Environment Master was discussed for first semester while the other two is for second semester. Our facilitator said that the two remaining is a very long discussion and it also involves already accounting, marketing and many more. Now what is my reflection to this part, why I liked this part, it simply because it explains everything about how to be a technopreneur, and how to engage in the world of technopreneurship. First is the Self Mastery, right, knowing yourself is the best key to know what you need to do, because if you do not know yourself then what is the point? Knowing one’s self is very important especially if you are putting up a business or starting a business, because if you so not know yourself, then you would not know if you can handle the pressure in having a business, if you can make your business successful, so it would good in our country and can help to improve the running industry in the Philippines, and if you know your limitations it would be nice because they said that limitations is one of your enemy in a near future if yourself in a under pressure or in a risk maybe you out of controlled to yourself but we can’t let that happen that’s why this SEED is very useful to technoprenuer, if you know what to do and not to do. Starting a business is really hard, but as long as you know yourself even if you are not smart don’t have a high emotional quotient or adversity quotient like mention above you will least likely fail, having a fail in the plan it’s very nice to make us competitive and make us stronger and to more experience of having that is getting more ideas and master the environment of the business technology. The next was the Environment Mastery, this is also a very important one, since before putting up a business, knowing your environment is really important, you do not just build your business there without knowing what is in there, what kind of people are in that place, what they like, or what they need some questions like that should pop up on your head first before putting up your business there. That is when you do the walking around time, knowing the place, the people, the environment to be particular, study it and make sure to do some researches. And when you mastered already the environment part then that time you can have you business there, that will be possible if your result on the study of the environment was good for your business then it will be a go but if not then you need to try to some other places that would fit your business, do not push your business to the environment that does not fit, that is why studying the environment first before putting your business would help your success. It was a good part because this steps will be added to my list when I will put up a business someday.  And the last one that I liked is that how sir encourages us to be a good technopreneurs, I like how sir made us laugh that time, how he will discipline us, and be strict in every rules and regulations of him. I like how he wanted us to know everything through his sharing of knowledge, he wants us to know from him, he wanted to learn and apply it in our lives. He wants us to be a technopreneur someday, he wants us to build a business and create more jobs, and he wants to know everything about technopreneurship.

In this generation we that everything is impossible but our very own country why it’s coming late to this kind of upgrading country and some country is more high-tech than to our country we student that’s the reason why having like this subject to get some ideas how can upgrade the things or mindset of our country not only to compete them but for sake as a people here in this country we need to much secure land and country that nobody can make us puppeteer to help us upgrade we must learn how we can technoprenuer in this country and find more ideas that make in the marketable power item that everyone is bought our item and they patronage this item, to make my decision if we can’t that person in the street sitting there always doing there nonsense things like doing bad description to someone else that they didn’t know these some plans for that. Why can’t we just build a school that can help people find a job easily that there will be no pleasing personality requirements and there will be a high salary added and give an ideas for what technology is for the out of school youth and for them to help their selves. The government should think about the very usual things right know that may help both the economy and the people for us to resolve the crisis in the country and I can be nobody right now but I wish to be somebody tomorrow who will help those individuals who needed me to lead and inspire them. Since this is the thing that I liked the least, I really have the thought that I do not want my parents to experience the kind of situation where the first picture had shown. I does not want to one of those new graduated person who will be discouraged and looked smaller of themselves just because they do not possess the pleasing personality needed in the job and for my future I do not want to experience that same situation as those employees rallying in front of their boss’ offices and even companies. After seeing the reality of life, I would like to think of it as an inspiration so that I will strive hard to myself to be successful in the future, by being a self-mastered and environment mastered individual I would like to think and use my observation to my advantages and use it in a positive way rather than having to think of it in a negative way that will just pull me down. Especially with my situation right now wherein I am an information technology student, I have the opportunity to learn this technopreneurship thing and most of all, I have the opportunity to prove myself that I can use that learnings by applying it and use it to my community. These things such as the alternative mindset, the SEED model and those ideas that comes into our mind as a technopreneur may just be an idea but it has a very big impact to the society where we are staying in. The government should have built more business firms that had been accepting client who has the ability and have the skills of a programmer. The government should educate the people and teach the people how to program and how to use the computer. As we all know that technology is a very high demand now in the world that there are so many people who had been having their job right on their house only and receiving a high salary. Why can’t we share to them the good used of internet and the good work that we can offer to them. This will be the answer for all this problem and this will be the way to propel the economy of this country. The government should have also a program that will help the people and building businesses that is all about computer programming in order to have the people land for a better job and teach them to be a true programmer and we need all person here in our country have free tutor for a technology no age limit, it must better if every knows the technology and what working technology is and making a business. As what our facilitator said that if there are so many business opportunities, there will be a lot of works. We should always think that in every problem there is always a solution and in every difficulty there will be a reward awaits on you. All we must do is to be persistent and not do not lose hope of what we have been believing. We must continue our goals and love what we love to do. We must not stop believing in ourselves and continue to fight in our dreams. Things may hard on us but we should always remember that there are lot of opportunities that is waiting for you and we should not let it go, for every door is a new opportunity and we must deal with it no matter what. We should keep trying and trying and stand as tall as a tree, a tree I think it can produce a lot of seed if that tree really have a tender, love and care as far as I know you really did not pass if your only just waiting or something that can help you I think, we really want a success we to strive hard and make a step to the reason of success and make an inspiration to everyone. Another one I liked in the 3rd meeting of the subject was our facilitator talking about his students. Our facilitator said that there were nothing to be proud about the USEP, the facilities were poor, the school is a flood area, the computers are Jurassic even the library is old, there is nothing to be proud of about the university, even our facilitator himself, he said when he go outside, he do not speak about the university, he does not talk about it with other big people around him, he is not proud of the school. But the thing that I liked about what our facilitator said, he was not proud of the university but instead he is proud of the students, it is not the school or the name of the school you need to be proud of it is the students itself, it is what the school working, it is what the school need to be proud, it is what the professors or instructors should be proud of, not the facilities or anything a school had, because it just only a things our mind or ideas maybe not in good but it’s only to make our school proud of the student because we have our own mindset and we just creating ideas and we’re number one. The students are the foundation, producing high quality of students is what the professors or instructors should focus, because some days the students that they were teaching now will create big names in the future and in that you would be proud of, that’s why we school here because we know we have a lot of experience and ideas can get in here and developed in this school. That is what our facilitator wants to tell us, that he was not proud of the university but instead he is proud to his student, his previous students that already been made to the top and the current students, and that path wants of our facilitator, and that he hopes will make a change someday and that he would be proud someday that he can tell other people about his students, so we now we’re to create and develop a non-existing ideas and applicable to everyone and marketable item or an application and hopefully this proposal accepted by our facilitator. Hearing that from him gives you an inspiration to work hard, and to pursue what you really want to do in your life, his kind facilitator he always doing good for and to make us understand the meaning of that topic and situation always he share and I’m happy because a facilitator like that he give everything stories that can inspire to the student.

Being as a student of Information Technology and to become a technoprenuer here’s some guided becoming a true technoprenuer and successful technoprenuer or a business man a wise technopreneur must have a mindset of being sensual in comes of his environment. A good technopreneur must have all the abilities that can help the company specially the ability of being a hard worker and knows how to balance their job in times of business problems. A good technopreneur must had to have a self-confident to himself in order to communicate to his people or to his clients. He must not able to be ashamed on the things that he feels down. He must have the courage and strength to fight every problems that they will going to overcome. A good technopreneur must be persistent in times of trials that even how hard it is and even how the world judge you, you will able to be fight and continue believing that you’re gonna make it and you can do it. A good technopreneur must have also the ability in delivering or know how to demonstrate a good initiative in times of working. We must think that not all the time that we were be able to instruct or guided by someone, guided someone so we if we wanting someday a technoprenuer our facilitator is a best instructor and hoping that it would be success, but we must know how to stand in our own and we must know what is our role in this industry, which we are going to fulfil and having a quote that “Don’t be afraid to follow your” God bless us !

Business Idea for Technoprenuer

My business idea that I want to start is an android app entitled "Solar energy app" it is concerned about our energy or our electricity here in our country, we consumer we always find a way to less our electricity bill, this kind of application we can save an energy and use in an emergency ex. that have a blackout and your phone is Lowbat, so if you have this application you can use the alternative way, you need only open the application then you can expose your cellphone under the sun then you can have an energy until the battery full charge.

Alternative Mindset Reflection

On the beautiful 17th day of June, we discussed about the Rationale of Technopreneurship. It has an outline that consists of five topics and one of the topics is about the usual mindset in which its counterpart is the Alternative Mindset. Before we start the discussion our facilitator do not want to have any late or absents in his class because he said that it is a mortal sin to come late to the class, I think his right, following simple rules like coming late in class or being absent is not that hard though, even though I came up late last meeting and also did my consequence but this time I got to school very early like it was six thirty in the morning. It was really early but never thought that our facilitator was really early too. So in order for them to be forgiven of their actions they were asked by our facilitator to dance or sing in front of the class.  But before I will go through the alternative mindset, I will first discuss what usual mindset is and why it is different in alternative mindset. The usual mindset of every people or parent here in our country their children they send it to the school for their future and to make their life easier in the future but before they think that kind of life, a happily ever after and maybe our parents wants that kind of life, so they think if their children have a degree or graduate of college any course and usual mindset or known as the default mindset has an outlook of “Go to school, get good grades, and land in a high-paying job”. When you read every word, you will understand what this mindset is all about. It simply tells that our parents send us to school to get a good grade and have a job that offers big salary. With that mindset, the students embrace that outlook. They need to study, they need to graduate and have a good job because they want to earn money for living. A simple dream as what they say. As he said (our facilitator) we people here in the Philippines we think only in in the situation how to resolve the puzzle or problem that every day we encounter it and we limit our imagination to solve it, but some of us think that every step that they take they have a plan for the future if they take that path, so this word is my first time to encounter so I’m very curious this word “Think outside the box” from the itself think outside in the box in our mind we think outside the box then? Nothing idea comes up in our mind because we never think to or realize the things that they for us especially others give an ideas we ignore easily we never concerned to their ideas. Getting an idea to the box that our facilitator give that in our class it’s awesome to have like that puzzle and it’s very competitive for us to solve that puzzle and we a student we follow the rules that give of our facilitator that we connect all the dots in four strokes that dots is 3 by 3, do think it’s easy to solve? So it’s not we always think in the situation but also the possible answer that we cannot penalty by not following the rules. The idea of an alternative mindset has a very big effect not only on the graduates or to those who are ordinary unemployed individual but also to the society. If there are these unjust, unfair, and even the discrimination in different aspects, the people can only find ways on how to fight and show that they are also deserving to get those things that they wanted in life. Thinking how life will be so challenging after you graduate will just make you go into a wrong path. Somehow, this kind of thinking makes you possess to have the Default Mindset. Setting the right goals will be out of place and will be replaced of worries of ‘what if’s’ concerning with the future. Even if once I was being one of those people who have default mindset, I’m glad that I made a reflection to myself regarding on how I think and how I set my goals. I was given of this kind of knowledge to set as free and make an ideas that can help to our society or the environment that we want to help and innovate to make our life easier that alternative mindset I think that comes up when we take at risk in a situation and that mindset is amazing you know why? We never expect that in every risk comes into our life is one ideas, is ones in a lifetime comes up and attending mind if we open minded to we at risk our mindset working properly and all the particles in our mind work because we think not only in our situation but also the other situation that I can help that need an idea that I have every one of us has a unique analyse of the situation and different way to resolve, one thing that I need to see is we only can do or in our way we can do that thing not the other people because as I said have our own perspective and vision in our life that can make realize what is right or wrong and if we encounter the wrong path that alternative mindset comes up to make the ourselves not to down in one mistake we must think another possible answer to that puzzle and that’s why we as our occupation as a student we may not doing our job well, we do a lot alternative mindset we find a way to make money for our lackness of monet example we have an failed subject, so we must find a way how can we find a money to re enrolled that subject next semester, so we a student we use an alternative mindset as I said in every risk they an alternative mindset and we a student of technoprenuership class we never afraid to follow our dream because we know that in our action they have a reason to make us strong and more wise in that situation and as I quote “don’t be afraid to follow your”  God Bless Us !

*What are the factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur?
When I heard the name Steve Jobs, the first thing that comes to my mind is his creations, namely the Apple, the Macintosh, the iPod, the MacBook, the iPhone and the iPod Tablet. Steve Jobs is known all over the world with his spectacular innovations. It’s very awesome ideas he explore or expose to world and until now that name is very popular and I don’t know what to do if that man who create that power idea that change the life of every people in this world and we cannot deny the fact that he is one of the well-known and successful technopreneur in the history of Information Technology industry. Although he died on the year 2011, the memories and his works still remain. Steve Jobs has a huge contribution in terms of technology in our society. His innovations really affect the lives of every individual, especially in terms of interacting with other people, for spare time purposes or even in the field of work.                 There are lot of qualities in ourselves that may either make you or break you. Watching the Pirates of Sillicon Valley, I was amazed by the life of the two successful owner and developer of most the known Operating System in the whole world making them one of the most richest person around the globe, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. However, we will going to focus on Steve Jobs. A lot of factors contributed to the successful path to the new industry of Steve Jobs. We have seen in the movie how he managed, from only to a garage to the gigantic building, his career path, but of course with the help of his friends and bestfriend. From there, you will see that you don’t need a lot of money to start your business. Look at them! they don’t even have that lots of money, what they had most was their passion to their works,  the overflowing and overwhelming passion they had was fantastic to the point of making you envious! Steve Jobs had these courage and motivation and eagerness to create a completely new consciousness, as he say. If there are lot of qualities within him that made him in that position, well, there are also factors that contributed to his failure as a technopreneur. We have seen a lot of them, right? That failures of Steve Jobs are your key points to compare Bill Gate and Steve Jobs on how they deal as being a technopreneur.

                Steve Jobs has this ability to see things absolutely different, like he could turn anything to gold. Remember his friend, Wozniak, said: He was never like us. He has a brilliant kind of thinking that differs from and our level of thinking. Steve has a great mind. He could easily think of new ideas and can even make them brought to life. His thinking capacity was so broad, If it weren’t he would never be a bolder technoprenuer. Like an artist-poet, writer, as he say. He think of himself as an artist. You can feel him thirst for more. You can feel him that there are lot of things in his minds- ideas that keeps popping in his head and vision that serves his motivation as he go deeper and deeper. Passion to his work. When he was introduced with this Personal Computers, he then realized what he wanted to do. He loves what he was doing, the desires to make a change through technology he was going to make himself. He started from a garage, slowly selling their works to people. Because it is new to people, of course they are curious what are these Personal Computers. But because of Steve's unordinary talent and motivation he was able to sell their works. Slowly, then all at once people are coming to him, not Steve coming to them. He also had these self-motivation and determination. He knew he had to something for him to achieve his set vision as he see himself in the future. The willingness to make change in this world and to create a new consciousness was the things that motivates him to strive to achieve that. Steve Jobs was a very determined person. Steve's Jobs determination to pursue his dream was so strong inside him that even when people rejected him he did not just stop or quit, instead that made him stronger to pursue his dream hundred times than before. It like 'Nobody can stop me!'. So as his determination growing, it made him a risk-taker too. Rist-taker are one of the qualities of Technoprenuership. This also contributed to the success of Steve Jobs. He was always open for the new opportunities that might came in his way. If I am going to look at him, he is the kind of person that just does not say no to every challenge. Steve has a positive outlook in his career life, which made him prepared for his failure. Although he might have been prepared for his failure, his strong determination still dominating that it may seem that nothing can overcome it. But of course, everything in Steve's is nothing without his people, who also worked hard for him. Steve also needs people, a manpower, and work force to attain his goals. Their company won’t reach that state without the manpower to work for them through.  They cannot work with less than ten people, they will a need a team, a thousand of them perhaps. The hard work, creativity, tears, sweat, hours of work and working brain of his employees contributed a lot to his success.  Another factor that also leads him into failure is that he doesn’t care with the feelings of his employees. He always commands to do this or do that. If they make a mistake, his temper will explode. For me, I salute Steve Jobs as a genius and as a great technopreneur, and nothing else praises. But one thing that makes me dislikes him so much and that is the bad attitude towards his employees or co-workers or even friends. For being too much perfectionist of Jobs there was a time he tormented his employees to be able to create a best production that he wants. And it brings negative impact as a viewer of the movie. Perfectionist is good but too much of it is vicious. I believe that there is no perfect person in this world, so with the imperfection of Steve Jobs shown with regards to his co-workers, it is possible that it is one of the reasons why he failed. As Bill made a talk to Steve, it gave him an opportunity. Knowing how desperate Bill is, he took this opportunity and did everything he can to take over the success that Steve had. This thing that had done by Bill can be considered as betrayal. Steve trusted Bill without considering things. Steve must consider that the world of business is a war, a competition. Second, don’t trust any stranger. Third, think twice, thrice, and many times before deciding things. Steve must know that even Bill is like a saint, offering help for him, he must consider that after all, Bill is still a technopreneur same as him who is competitive to achieve success. Therefore why some of people fail it’s because like the opportunity have by Steve Jobs he didn’t find a way to make that thing much bigger, and Bill have a chance to take that opportunity for his success, so look now Bill Gates now the number richest in the world we Bill Gates is a best or amazing technoprenuer because he carry that idea more bigger and he didn’t expect that idea is a big impact to us. But you can achieve success through making your own instead of stealing and copying things. But, what’s the real point in the thought above is the reality about the world of business. In the business they said no family, no friends and no relatives at all to make the company or the business success and be in the top like now Bill Gates now more than 50 years of age, look and at 50+ years of age Bill Gates remain the richest man in the world, so I think how many ideas you have and you never show it or show up you’ll never be success and for Bill Gates is great man he make an incredible idea and renovation for idea but it’s nice making your own idea than taking or stealing idea to another person. This is an output device which you will just drag, drop and click to whatever you want to do with it. This idea was also stolen by the Apple Inc. and was produce to become as their own invention as to reality they had just copied the idea from the other. As to what has shown in the movie trusting someone is never been that easy you must consider all the possible things which may happen. Business is about competing with others knowledge and competence which has always aim for a success of the venture they have chosen, so we must take care of our secrets and sometimes we need to be private for making us comfortable in our what we doing, so we must aware to this film.
             
*How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?
         When I hear technopreneur it means for me it is about selling your technology, or selling your idea of technology. Technopreneur is what I enrolled this semester and it is all about technology, innovations, ideas to make the world better and faster, it is all about you introduce you innovations or ideas or your technology to people who need it and who are interested it. Applying the things we have learned is very much important whether it came from the school, in the movies, along the street or wherever we will get the lesson as long as it is very much helpful for becoming matured and a wise technopreneur. I can foresee myself as a technopreneur as mentioned above. Although the things that were stated are too good to be true, but those are the things I want to imply and to make as a technopreneur someday. Being a technopreneur is not that easy, it is very complicated as entrepreneur does, selling is not that easy or introducing your item to people especially to those who do not get what you want to tell them. So if you are in a field of business you in your environment that they a lot of lackness, so I have a chance to fill that lackness in our environment manage it will to for some that reason that in every company or business that you never care or handle with your beautiful attitude and mindset that you need to make me or your company and stay in high priority income in the business of what field you want they many kind of business. Business we call to the person who gain money or income their doing or every step and say is about money and making their money in our ability me as a student I rather to finish my study than to work because as a default of mindset we can never run a big company if we don’t have an idea of that company in that film Pirates of the Silicon Valley is very aspiring movie and I gain more knowledge about what strategies and techniques that need to do, as technoprenuer we should do our best to tell them that we an entrepreneur can compete and in your company no matter how small my company, but this small company is for a hundred years existing in this world and important of an entrepreneur we must connected in our employee as if we employer now I rather visit every day each office of my employee and I believe that if you manage the people and had a good communication to each and everyone in your workplace, it gives good vibes and there is harmony along the way. Building good relationship with workers is nice thing to do but we should not take in our mind that we will not give our fullest trust to anyone else that around us because we don’t know who are the true ally as well as our opponents that will bring us down. I also want to implement being a perfectionist or vocal when there are things that I know it is not a good thing to do. I want to balance the way I am going treat them and we must mingle to them, to know the employee if we know the attitude of our employee we know or we can adjust what work that I need to give them and to relax their selves that hoping someday they one person that calling me in a hotel like “Sir, you have a meeting now” and feels the owner of a company, hoping someday and graduate in this course Information Technology and mastered in Technoprenuer that thing is very wow ! said hoping that dream I can manage well and good communicate to my employee sometimes we cannot accept the fact that one day that I can make just like the song of entitled “Linbre lang mangarap” in other words your dream what you want, in your dreams. Whether I could not earn a high amount of money through my innovations but the thought that I helped the life of every individual is enough to treasure. To be a successful technopreneur, I might get the learning that I learned from the movies I have watched (as stated above). I will copy somehow the factors that Steve Jobs as becoming a well-known technopreneur and get rid of the negative factors or the unnecessary attitude he had. Well in terms of handling my co-workers, I do not want to simulate the things that Steve Jobs shown in the movie. As much as possible, I want to have good communications with them in order to know their attitude well and to have a unity when it comes to work. Being a good entrepreneur sometimes we getting to closer to or employee and hangout to them, and to more some attitude can every people have a changing type of business in this era now or in our generation we see the innovation of this City and a lot of innovation, everyone of us has an ability to create an ideas and handle a company that in an at risk that sound many find a best idea how to solve that risk in the company and how it solve by the people in our barangay or in an environment society, company members must be friendly to their employee. Well on September 8-12, 2014 we have a field trip seminar in Manila, that place that’s why we want to go there it’s because they an event the Y4IT where all Information Technologies student attend that seminar or competition so everyone of us make a proposal to our facilitator if our ideas is qualified to that competition and we tried our best to create an amazing ideas that never exist that can help us the mother earth, so we as a technoprenuer student that have break to attend like this and most prestigious seminar and sharing groups of all student in the Philippines and they prices for the ideas have a great impact to the society and marketable ideas or innovation. That’s why everyone wants to sell their ideas of technology, and that everyone is called technopreneurs, being them is hard, being them means you need to compete from others, you need to own the light, do not be invisible, you need to make your own show for you to be recognize by people you want to recognize you. It is hard right since there is a lot like you who are desperate for business and desperate to tell the world their product. Being a technopreneur is what our facilitator want us to be, to build up a business or start a business especially here in the city, because he wants to open doors in the city thru us his students, he wants the city to open up a lot of opportunities. And be an innovative person just like our facilitator said that he and his friends that they want that Davao City to progress the status of our economy and if I give a chance that will be an technoprenuer here Davao City I’m very proud of myself and I gave all my best for this job not this job only but also to the city that I want it progress, as we see the Davao City is on o the top city here in our country but our country is very low priority economic that’s we call that our beautiful place is in the low section in terms of technology, that’s why we as a technoprenuer we need sharing ideas not for only in our sake but also to the environment. Being a student that idea that we give or every people have an ideas that can make city beautiful and marketable and if we have that have an idea and you feel your own it’s very sacred interms of ideas of a persons steal. “Good artist copy, great artist steal”. These are the words that were said by Steve Jobs and eventually the words that failed him as a technopreneur. As I watch this movie, I realize that this is an eye opener to everyone not only for the future technopreneurs but for everyone who are involved in the business world. So if that person steal an idea, that person are happy in his/her life and become rich, but suddenly it’s magic that ideas you steal is one of your love ones that you’ll never see is gone that’s the reply of what you get and what you feel now. Living in this world our partners or friend is one the great things happen to us that they support of what we want to do and tell what wrong and right that’s the real friend and hoping someday that my love ones is in my side and they said as like this “don’t be afraid to follow your dream”. *Would you take the same career path that Steve Jobs took? Why or why not?

        Steve Jobs is a one of a kind person that sees things on different way. He is a type of person that you can be proud of and you can be called an epic man. He is a man that love’s to invent and create things. We can call him a very good artist and a special person that had a very special talent. For me it is so hard to attain the things that Steve Jobs was done and it is so hard for me to overcome the things that he made and achieve. If I were given the chance of choosing in following the same career as Steve Jobs done, I may have pick only the things that will help me to my career as an I.T student. I will be going to pick not to follow the same path as Steve Jobs done and achieve. In a Pirates of the Silicon Valley is the story of how Steve Jobs the creator of Apple Company and Bill Gates the owner of Microsoft and Windows reach their success by determination. After watching the movie I felt motivated and inspired after knowing that everything happens or created today start from a scratch. I mean how Bill Gates and Steve Jobs reached their dreams to be a successful one was just started from a dream and then with a big effort to apply they try to create a computer and try to introduce this to people and try to sell. First of all I have my own path and I have my own decisions in life. Things may be hard on me but through experienced, I know that I have the capacity to overcome what Steve Jobs was done to his life. As we know the best example of a great technopreneur is Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. They are the people who presented the new face of computer way back in their times. They were the one who introduces Macintosh and Windows who are still living in our today’s generation especially the Windows. But between these two great people, Steve Jobs is the first person whose name became famous and who achieve the success in the world of technopreneurship. He’s also a competitive person who has clear goals in life. Aside from being a successful man in the field of technology specifically in computer technology, he wants to wipe off the IBM from its spot which is one of the top companies in terms of technology. I guess, its one thing that motivates him to push until he taste the success he wanted. Since he have the good qualities of being a technopreneur, he was able to find ways to sell the computer that they made with his friend whose name is also Steve. They were friends then so they were great partners as their business was still starting up. Things were falling into the right place and many opportunities came into their lives as a technopreneurs. As the another guy enter his life and he let it ruin his mind, the threat of being a failure as a tecnhopreneur approached but he didn't notice it due to the fact that he trust this person. This person was Bill Gates who is one of the richest people in the world in this present time. He was one of the reasons why Steve Jobs failed. He was quite wise and knows how to deal people like Steve and he was successful to earn the trust of Steve and that was happened of Steve’s failure as a technopreneur. After Steve knew that Bill used the invented computer that he have and innovated greater than what he had expect, Steve was fired by the president of the Apple Company.  Then after that everything seems to go well, success was inclining and never doubt it because Apple Company today still exist and still introducing new technologies to people around the world. Now the question given was would you take the same career path that Steve Jobs took? Why or why not? What happen to Steve Jobs was really amazing, inspiring and very motivational and worth knowing for. Being Steve Jobs would be impossible, I mean Steve Jobs is one and only. His career path has its ups and downs just like any other career paths of people who are also successful like him, success does not mean winning every time, it has also failing but if you are determine to be successful again then it is your choice to stand up again and continue what you had started. I think that is why Steve Jobs reach his success back then because he was determined and h never gave up ad he always think of positivity with his friends, I think that was what brought Steve Jobs to success. I will take Steve Jobs’ vision as an inspiration for me to look beyond from it. Who knows I can do much better technology? Because his a great man that his own ideas do that amazing thing although his ideas was steal, Steve for me is my inspiration of what I have now and earnings of the ideas that build by itself, so I rather his vision that I want to do someday and hopefully that vision of Steve can help to me the a lot of doing just like me a student of technoprenuer that they wants is reach the limit of my expectation and lead the people who I wanna be someday, to tell them that vision of Steve is proven and tested that can help in every time what want to do just like a company and if we want a company business we must need to learned how to handle the people that we want to apply in the company and be responsible to them and connected. Being the ideal technopreneur I want to be someday is not easy. Being a technopreneur is not easy. Technopreneurship is still business and when it comes to this matter everything is like a war. Before achieving the success I want, I have to be a skilled technopreneur to achieve it. It’s complicated in the sense that you must have the skills to make the people around you believes you and buy what you were presenting. It’s true that you will find money in technopreneurship. Even ideas could turn into money but it’s not easy. It involves talking and convincing. It involves talking lies which will make your customer.  Since I am in the Information Technology area, I am possible thinking that someday I could be like Steve Jobs who is so proud in showing and telling that world his ideas and creations. When he thought about computer operating systems, different styles and systems and graphical user interfaces and etc. Everything that relates to the computer, it all progress because of his love to what he has started.- I too wanted to know what is it that I should be starting so that I will be able to do things to make it progress. As a technopreneur, I would like to think of things that will help this start-up business of mine to progress, and that will start on the ways and strategies that I am going to take inorder for me to be able to tell the world that this is my output, what and how it functions and what are its benefits and advantages to everyone’s everyday life. Just as how Steve Jobs take and show the Apple Computer to the world, I also would like to show my own style and creation to the world. I know that in a realistic thought, it would not be easier for me to do it as of now because the creations and innovations of different technologies are rapidly showing up and amazed the world with its functions and features. But then even if with those creations coming out and with the tight competition in the industry, I still believe that there will always be a way and we should know our limitations in doing things that can make us proud. We should also know our limit in terms of doing decisions that can affect a lot of people’s lives. And we should always remember that every failure we attain, we also obtain a very good learning in comes in our mistakes. We should also know how to value every opportunity that will be open on us and give importance to the things that will help us reach our dreams.  I may have a lot of things going on today, but if one day I will plan on becoming a technopreneur, I will be following the career path Steve Jobs took, and I will do everything to succeed too just like Steve Jobs, I will be a risk taker or a gambler and if I succeed I will still be putting my feet on the ground and learn to look back where I came from. And the most important thing is that giving your best in everything that you do and every actions you take. It’s all about the things that you love to do and the things that may make you happy and always we remember “don’t be afraid to follow your dream” God bless us !

FTS Paper 2

When I was a child I wonder why that thing fly, how and what people do inside and what is the feeling if you ride that kind of transportation? So if I ride that flying transportation the airplane, so I guessed I’m ignorant if I ride and first times are considered to be the best experiences in life. What do I expect from my plane ride this coming September 8, 2014 for our Field Trip and Seminar in Manila? First I expect myself to pay the cheapest plane ticket for me to ride the plane. I really do hope we get to avail a piso fare if it is God’s plan. This would be a big relief having to pay a small amount of money just for a plane ticket. Next is that I expect that I will get to the airport right on time or maybe earlier than my boarding for me not to cause any hassle for the team. I am not that punctual I think all of my classmates know that. But I will try my very best to really wake myself up early in the morning just to catch my plane ride and it’s my first time to ride. Any first times are expected to be good by any individual before even experiencing it because we tend to be excited on what might happen during that time. We even sometimes reach to the point wherein our mind tend to be hyper-active as the schedule happenings or situations will occur. We do lots of preparations for that so-called first time experience to be meaningful and unforgettable and it's like looking forward to something that you wanted to experience. There will be different impressions that they will be showing, they can be excited, they can be afraid, or sometimes there are people who are just cool and will have no reaction at all. You wanted to try these things that you want because you want to experience what it's like to be like this, to use this or to do that. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity because you are not a first timer forever. Flying it is like you free what you want to do where ever you want to go no traffic, you can go easily and ride an airplane it’s like you going to the success that you waiting for and that transportation it’s look like us because the plane having a task that we need to go another place that we are in a safe the care what we need and we want to and prove that flying is very wonderful thing most beautiful happens into our life. I really love to travel, especially in new places, meeting new people, new culture and other kinds of stuffs particularly food. My interests will bring me to places that I have never been before, and hopefully, I can go out of the country soon to satisfy myself. I wanted to go somewhere where there are lots of good things to learn and to experience, and also people who are friendly that I will be knowing. If ever that would happen, I will be happy for the rest of my life and try to do it again, together with my family. But first, as a dreamer, I need to focus on preparing myself first on what things I would be needing for me to achieve my dreams. And this happens it’s because of our field trip seminar and it would be a journey to my life and learning to the that we want to learn But I will expect that this journey will be fun and I will not be getting in the way with learning new things that new technology that I will soon meet in those places that I will go to, soon. I expect that after all the things that I have saw on that field trip will be applied back home for me to generate ideas that are reasonable and valid for me to pass these course and for me to give them what they need to have. And hoping that we can make it and pursue our dream to this course and on this subject I’ve a lot of experience that I never expect in my life that it is happening if our FTS proposal to seminar in Manila approve by our president and I hope it will approve because I’m ready to go and ride the plane and hoping that we have learnings to come to us and it would be fun.  I will surely be most thrilled with the sights that I will be seeing while we are up high and all the things below will be tiny little things. There are a lot of things that I expect on my first flight which I hope will be met. But for now, I would begin with planning, hoping that one day, my first flight would lead me back to the place I belong and to the ones I love.  I also expected that our flight will be safe and sound that there will be no anomalies what so ever that may happen in the flight. I also expected all of us happy and the same time excited for it will be clearly a trip to be remembered. This will be really an unforgettable moment not just for me but to all of us for it is clearly our first time traveling with each other and it is clearly the most exciting thing that will happen. Hope everyone of us is safe and relax in our riding plane and happy and God bless trip to us hoping someday that we can ride thing every week someday! The primary purpose of going there is to have a new and better idea of what might be a new innovation which may come to our mind to make life better and can be live easier and marketable ideas and innovations it will approve someday if one of us will propose to the higher rank in the government or in the establishment in country. FTS Paper 3

Good day everyone! On this school year 2014-2015 I have a subject that entitled Field Trip Seminar (FTS) that we need to attend many activities that can make us more advance knowledge in terms of technology and to know more about how we produce a good quality of technology and it would be fit to our society. So as a student of Bachelor Science of Information Technology (BSIT) we care about the fast growing technology company here in our country and also outside of the country.  Since I am choosing the Model A that offers One Major Field Trip (Outside Mindanao), One Minor Field Trip (Mindanao), One Seminar (National) and two hours Interpersonal Skills, we will attend the prestigious Youth Congress on Information Technology or also known as Y4iT and because there are lots of opportunity that we can see, a lot of ICT companies in Manila. And what am I expecting to learn in Y4iT? I expect more grateful ideas comes out how did they get that idea? And is that marketable ideas that can make us relax in our daily lives?  And I did research for Y4it when and what is that event came from. Well, as I learned Y4iT I guess it is an interesting event. As I have learned, Youth for Congress for Information Technology is an annual information technology event here in the Philippines. This event is organized by UP SITF or the UP System Information Technology Foundation and this organization was established in 2003. And of course a national seminar in Manila. Y4IT is a once a year event. And I will be grateful to be part with that event of course with my classmates and friends. It’s a biggest event of IT and for that I’m also expecting to receive freebies from the event for me to have remembrance. With this kind of opportunity I will carry all the things that I will learn from the event, whether it’s all about life, love or about today’s trend in technology. Every year there is an IT event that participated for over 5,000 students around the country.  Since, it is my first time to join and to attend this kind of event that talks about the new technologies that we are using nowadays and the new ideas that will innovate, without any doubt, those technologies which will help to develop and to improve the lives of the people as well as our society. I am expecting that we will be able to learn any methods and techniques on how to formulate ideas that will be marketable and profitable. We all know that new technologies today started from a simple idea. I wish I could meet personally behind the event of Y4IT, I mean it’s a big wish but why not dream big, right? I mean every one of us has a dream and one of my dream was to be part of something like this event. With this one, I think it will help me to pursue the things that I wanted. The things that I’m looking for is the ideas that can make us lead to the success that every one of us have a different path but in the end they have the same goal that we need to success that we learn from that event and one of my dream is to meet of the co-founder of that event and hopefully he/she give me an advice to become or more than them. On the other hand to clear things up I expect that I would have many questions regarding to those already discuss. It is for us to be more specifically understand the subject. While we are still in proposal for the idea I already expect that one of us given a chance to come up in the stage and present his/her idea and I think asking question to them is a big opportunity to know some amazing things happen in every ideas propose and it is big impact to us because we represent our school the University of Southeastern Philippines also known as (USEP). There is a reason why our facilitator wants us to attend this event, our facilitator made his name in IT industry and maybe he wants one of us will be like him someday. Someone who encourage every IT students, not only IT students but all young minds to be involve in some events that can exposed their potentials when it comes to business technology industries and not only study how to get a higher salary and get a big amount of money but also to get the attention of everybody that we can make it if we opened up our mind us the “Think outside the box” that quote is very much meaningful in terms of making an idea and every idea we produce we think a hundred times if it is fit to our environment or it is a marketable ideas or proposal. I expect that we can come up all those ideas that they may share to us as what we able to share to other people on that day of conference because it is a onetime event that may happen on us. Of course I expecting a lot that I have meet a new friend there and we can shared a lot of things, about what we’ve learn on the conference and that is a big event, so we can see many professionals person and listening their conversations about their different fabulous ideas. I feel excited of the said event, I feel so bless that I am belong of it. And hoping that all effort is all worthy, help to us in our chosen profession. And lastly that I’ve expect that I have many things learn from them that can make me proud to myself that I’ve learned and I apply what I have learn from that seminar and that is my first time seminar that I’ve never forget in my whole life and being a student I strive hard to get what I want need to learn about in this kind of business and to make a good technoprenuerships and for everyone don’t be afraid to follow your dream.
